Mold construction is a core element of our Research & Development activities and a critical factor in achieving consistent quality, precision, and repeatability in molded products. We design and manufacture custom molds in-house, specifically engineered to produce molded bra cups, fabric-molded components, and technical textile applications.

By combining engineering expertise with hands-on production experience, we develop molds that ensure optimal material behavior, accurate shaping, and long-term durability throughout the entire production lifecycle.

 

In-House Design, Engineering & Custom Mold Development

Our mold construction process begins with technical analysis and 3D design, allowing us to transform product requirements into precise tooling solutions. Each mold is developed according to the specific characteristics of the materials used—foam, fabric, spacer fabrics, or composite structures assuring stable and repeatable performance during molding.

In addition to standard tooling, we design and manufacture molds upon request, tailored to:

  • Custom cup shapes and geometries

  • Specific fitting or support requirements

  • Brand-specific designs and silhouettes

  • Prototype development and scaled production

This flexibility allows us to support both unique product concepts and industrial production requirements, from sampling to mass production.
